Description
Maintenance contract\repair for the following:
Flow Cytometer
Manufacturer: Agilent
Model: NovoCyte Quanteon
Service Plan: CrossLab Silver (or equivalent)
Salient Characteristics:
-
Service agreement with a 12-month period of performance
-
Minimum of 1 preventative maintenance visit (PM) by certified Agilent service technicians
-
Performance verification: During preventative maintenance, the technician should verify and document the system's performance to ensure it meets manufacturer specifications.

Calibration of all detectors and lasers to ensure accurate and reproducible results
-
Provision for on-site repair services by certified Agilent technicians in the event of a system malfunction.
-
Priority response time for service calls, ideally within 24-48 hours, to minimize downtime.
-
Inclusion of genuine Agilent replacement parts as needed for repairs.
-
Access to 24/7 technical support via phone and e-mail for troubleshooting and assistance with operational issues.

Regular updates/upgrades to software to ensure compatibility with new features and enhancements.

Detailed service reports for each maintenance and repair visit, including work performed, parts replaced, and system performance verification.

Parts, labor, and travel included at no additional cost to the Government
Period of Performance: The base period of performance shall be for twelve (12) months from 06/06/2025 - 06/05/2026 or upon award of the contract.
