Notice is given that on Thursday March 19, 2026, at 2:00PM the Metropolitan Council will receive and publicly
open separate sealed bids for Metro Transit Rail Office Modifications, Project Number 63000, Contract Number
25P343.
The work of this project includes updating, changing and re-arranging existing floor plans at St. Paul OMF, Rail
Support Facility, and Minneapolis O&M locations. Changes include furniture removal and replacement, creating
new offices, renovating unused offices, adding hotel stations and conference rooms. Additional work for this project
is provided in the Summary Specifications.
