APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
This procurement is to award a firm-fixed price purchase order in accordance with request for quotation (RFQ) 70B03C25Q00000040 (03C24Q0390) which includes the statement of work (SOW).
Supplier quotations will be submitted in three separate documents sent to Kirk Hunt at kirk.w.hunt@cbp.dhs.gov. Quotation documents must be compatible with Microsoft Word/Excel or viewable in Adobe Acrobat. Documents must not exceed 5 megabytes in total file size.
Contractors must submit three documents, as separate documents:
1) Pricing Quote (as an Excel worksheet), and
2) Signed SF 1449 (filled-in, as appropriate), and
3) Product Description Sheet (aka Tear Sheet; aka Product Brochure)
The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award without discussions with offerors, but reserves the right to conduct discussions, if the Contracting Officer determines them to be necessary. The offeror’s initial proposal should contain the offeror’s best price and delivery, and a Product Description sheet that accurately and concisely explains the offered product.
Supplier quotations will receive a best value evaluation, per the evaluation section of the RFQ. The Government intends to make a single award resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quotation represents the best value after evaluation in accordance with the solicitation. Award may be made to other than the highest technically evaluated offeror. Award may be made to other than the lowest priced offeror.
Delivery, including assembly and setup, must be included in a single price, per each chair.
This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business.
NAICS 337214, size standard 1,100 employees, applies to this requirement.
Please provide your quotation by December 06, 2024 at 3 PM MST to kirk.w.hunt@cbp.dhs.gov.
