Description
Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept electronic bids on behalf of the Technical College System of Georgia (Owner) for the project entitled GNTC Building H Central Plant Upgrades in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents.
Project Scope: Replacement of central plant to include chiller system, boiler and pumps and accessories.
GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents. Additional information on this process and a link to the project site is provided below in the Invitation to Bid document and the e-Builder Registration & Bid Submittal User Guide.
