***Intent to Sole Source Notice-***
Estimated Date of Award: March 3, 2025
Synopsis:
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 5, Perry Point VA Medical Center intends to award a sole source procurement for the following line items (See attached document: Letter - Elsevier Redacted).
This requirement is for Elsevier Connect enabling delivery of content via the learning management system (LMS) through a seamless communication. It supports a single pass-through login for the learner and authenticates based upon credentials supplied by an existing learning management system for the Louis A. Johnson Veteran s Affairs Medical Center, address is 1 Medical Center Drive, Clarksburg, WV 26301. The requirement will be a (12) month base plus two (12) month option periods.
This notice of intent to sole source is not a request for quotes. Contractors can submit a capability statement or quote no more than five pages. The capability statement or quote should include clear general and technical information describing in detail the prospective contractor's capabilities and experience that will demonstrate the ability to support this requirement. Responses from capable sources may be considered. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide their SAM Unique Entity ID & cage code. Such responses must be received no later than February 20, 2025, at 11AM EST. Respond by email to Contracting Officer, Jameel Gordon, jameel.gordon@va.gov. Responses received will be reviewed; however, the Government has the discretion to compete or not to compete the proposed procurement based upon the responses received. The Department of Veterans Affairs will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses will be considered. Interested parties are encouraged to include Intent to Sole Source for Elsevier Connect in the email subject line.
