Description:
The scope consists of the removal of all existing structures, and the construction of new offsite improvements, utility services, grading, storm drainage, landscape, and surface parking. Scope will also include the relocation of the existing walking trail, power lines and related lighting fixtures, benches, and exercise equipment; and the planting of 99 new trees, 44 of which are in the Magic Johnson Park site.
