THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. PLEASE CHECK BACK SOON FOR THE SOLICITATION POSTING.
1. The proposed solicitation will be set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVOSB) Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 561710, Exterminating and Pest Control Services, small business size standard $17.5M.
2. Description of items: The Contractor shall perform pest control services for the building interiors and their perimeter grounds of the Boise Veterans Affairs Medical Center. This includes the VA Medical Center at 500 West Fort St., Boise, Idaho, and 911 N Mountain Cove Rd, Boise, Idaho.
3. Period of performance. The period of performance is a base with four (4) option years. 52.217-8 will be included for an additional six-month extension. Anticipated start date is approximately the first week of May 2025.
4. The anticipated issuance of the Request for Quote is the last week of February with an anticipated award date beginning week of April. A site visit (walk through) is scheduled for February 28th (details in solicitation to follow).
5. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
