This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) change notice 11/10/2025. This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is being solicited as a Full and Open Competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 311111 – Dog and Cat Food Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,250 employees. The Product and Service Code (PSC) is 8940 – Special Dietary Foods and Food Specialty Preparations. This non-personal requirement is for MWD Food Program BPA - Purina in support of the 341st Training Squadron (TRS), Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland, TX.
