Munitions Low Power Frequency Converter

The Wisconsin Air Nation Guard at Truax Field in Madison, WI is conducting this Sources Sought to identify contractors who possess the capability and adequacy of fulfilling the following requirement:

Two (2) each Pacific Power Source ASX-360 (360LSXM/M23004), or an equivalent item that meets specifications. The attached Purchase Description contains detailed information and salient characteristics

Sources capable and willing to provide this or an equivalent item are requested to email a response with “Sources Sought W50S9F-25-Q-0008” in the subject line demonstrating the firm’s qualifications to fulfill the defined requirement. Responses must be complete and sufficiently detailed to address the specific information. The documentation shall address, at a minimum, the following:

1. Name of the firm and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI).

2. The socioeconomic status of the company.

3. Point of contact name, phone number, and email address.

4. Suggested NAICS code, if different than notice.

5. Item description and how it is equivalent, if applicable.

Your responses will assist the Government in the development of its acquisition strategy for a possible Request for Quote (RFQ), to be issued at a later date, and in determining whether any type of small business set-aside is possible for this procurement or whether full and open competitive procedures should be utilized.

This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes. The Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this sources sought notice. The Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, IFB, or RFP, if any is issued.

Response is strictly voluntary - it is not mandatory to submit a response to this notice to participate in any formal RFQ process that may take place in the future. However, it should be noted that information gathered through this notice may significantly influence our acquisition strategy. All interested parties will be required to respond separately to any solicitations posted as a result of this sources sought notice.

Submission Instructions: Responses via email are due on August 4, 2025, at 11:00 AM CST to SMSgt Katherine Fox/ katherine.fox@us.af.mil and must include the information requested below. Late responses will not be accepted. This is strictly market research, and the Government may not respond to any questions.

Respondents will NOT be notified of the results of the evaluation. We appreciate your interest and thank you in advance for responding to the Sources Sought.
