The 115th Fighter Wing Mission Support Contracting office intends to solicit and award a sole source contract, using the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), to PACIFIC POWER SOURCE INC, 2802 KELVIN AVENUE, SUITE 100 IRVINE, CA 92614-5897.
