The Phoenix Service Unit (PSU) will support the recognition of deserving employees for contribution and achievements that further the strategic goals of the organization, enhance organizational performance, and/or improve organizational quality. All 2025 PIMC Awardees will be formally recognized at the PIMC Annual Awards Ceremony being held on February 18, 2026 and there for after on the third Wednesday of each calendar year for the following next four years.
The awarded vendor shall be fully responsible for providing a safe and clean environment. A venue that will accommodate up to 400 attendees (staff members & a family members or friend) with cocktail tables, round tables and chairs (theater set-up), and free parking for attendees. The venue must be within a 7-mile radius of the Phoenix Indian Medical Center due to staff members reporting to the awards ceremony after their tour of duty.
