The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Maritime Administration (MARAD), Suisun Bay Reserve Fleet (SBRF) has a requirement to haul out and renew the shaft seal of two (2) service crafts, Personnel, General (PG)-615 DYNAMO and PG-616 BOOM as identified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).



Refer to Sections 9 and 10 of the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for submittal instructions and evaluaton criteria.



RFQ Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to post the Questions and Answers (Q&A), include the revised price sheet, and extend the solication through February 14, 2025 at 1 PM PT.



RFQ Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to post the second set of Questions and Answers (Q&A).
