Jones College is seeking sealed bids from qualified financial institutions for the
issuance of a Promissory Note, Negotiable Note, or Line of Credit (LOC) in an
amount not to exceed $5,000,000 to support operational cash flow.
A pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. February 3, 2026, in the Hutcheson
Hubbard Administration Building to answer any question prior to bidding.

This request is made pursuant to Miss. Code Ann. § 37-29-103, and the bid
process will follow the requirements of Miss. Code Ann. § 31-19-25.
