NOTICE TO SEEK QUOTES

Quotes/bids to serve as Municipal Depository for Special and Surplus Funds for the City of

Olive Branch, Mississippi (the “City”) will be received from all qualified banks of the

municipality at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 9200 Pigeon Roost, Olive Branch, MS.,

38654 until 5:00 P.M. Central Standard Time on Monday, February 23, 2026.

Documents may be inspected in the office of Tena Stewart, City Clerk, at 9200 Pigeon Roost

Road during normal business hours (662-892-9211).

As required by Mississippi Code Section 27-105-353 and other applicable law, the bidding

institution shall have been designated a state depository and shall submit a copy of their official

commission documenting this designation prior to handling City funds. Each quote submitted

may be mailed, personally delivered, faxed or emailed to the City Clerk’s attention. A

recommendation for acceptance will be presented for consideration at a regular meeting of the

Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Olive Branch.

The City of Olive Branch reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to award the

contract to the bidder who, in the City’s opinion, proposes the best terms taking into

consideration all material aspects of the proposal.
