Sealed bids for Licking County Courthouse Traxon Lighting Phase 2 will be accepted until February 24,
2026 at 1:30 pm where they will be opened and read aloud in Licking County Commissioners office.
Sealed envelopes containing bids must be addressed to the Board of Licking County Commissioners, 20 South
Second Street, Newark, Ohio, 43055, and endorsed on the outside of the envelope, "Licking County
Courthouse Traxon Lighting Phase 2". Bids must include two hard copies and one thumb drive. All bids
submitted shall meet the bond requirements of Section 307.88 of the Ohio Revised Code.
Complete specifications, including proposal forms and full information for bidders may be obtained from the
Licking County Maintenance Department or posted on the Licking County Website www.lickingcounty.gov
under Bid/RFPs.
The Board reserves the right to accept the lowest and best bid. If, in the opinion of the Board, the acceptance
of the lowest bid is not in the best interest of all concerned, the Board may accept another proposal so opened
or reject all proposals and advertise for other bids. The Board reserves the right to waive any informalities or
irregularities in the bids received.
If obtaining the bid form from Licking County's website at www.lickingcountv.gov, a bidder receipt must
be submitted to the Licking County Commissioners Office to enable the County to send updates or
corrections to the bid documents.

INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS
Sealed envelopes containing bids must be addressed to the Licking County Board of Commissioners,
20 S. Second Street, Newark, Ohio 43055 and have the name of the bidder and “Licking County Courthouse
Traxon Lighting Phase 2printed on the outside.
All materials shall meet the requirements set forth in the specifications section of this package.
Quotations to be exclusive of State and Federal Tax. Exemption Certificate available on request.
All prices must be firm. Bids must be prepared in ink or typewritten. Bids must be signed in ink.
No bid will be accepted if it is not signed and dated in the space provided.
Unit prices shall be entered, extended, and totaled on all items. Total price for the improvements must be added
and the sum entered as the Grand Total Bid.
The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities. The
Licking County Maintenance Department reserves the right to non-perform any specific project/road.
Bids will be awarded as a whole based on Grand Total Bid.
This job is subject to Prevailing Wage Requirements. The attention of all bidders are directed to the statutory
provisions set forth in ORC Sections 4115.03, etc., governing the prevailing wage rates to be paid to workers,
and equal employment policies under public contracts (ORC 153.39, 153.60).
SPECIFICATIONS AND SCOPE OF WORK FOR LICKING COUNTY
COURTHOUSE TRAXON LIGHTING PHASE 2
1. Replace (30) existing Traxon Washers on the Southwest, Northwest and Northeast Attic Level with (30)
XB.WG.24413000 DL23100065855 (WASHER GO MICRO DC 25W RGB 45 DEGREE fixtures).
Provide (15) additional spare Washers with (6) 100-watt LED Engine. Provide all necessary wiring, starter
ends and caps. Turn over all existing fixtures and all components to owner for future use. Must use all
existing penetrations and cable brackets. No new holes will be allowed to be drilled into exterior of building.
2. Provide (4) DOT on lower Northeast and Northwest existing facia at attic level with Traxon DO. GM.

ELT). Provide (4) additional Traxon DO. GM. 2111090 DL23100293255 (MEDIA DOT GO M RGB
CLEAR 56PXL 300 / 12" PP 0.3M WHITE 24V ETL) and (3) LED IOO watt 24v engines for attic stock.
Provide all necessary wiring, starter ends and caps. Turn over all existing fixtures and all components to
owner for future use. Must use all existing penetrations and cable brackets. No new holes will be allowed
to be drilled into exterior of building.
3. Provide (6) DOT on upper Northeast and Northwest existing facia at attic level with Traxon DO.GM.
2111090 DL23100293255 (MEDIA DOT GO M RGB CLEAR 56PXL 300 / 12" PP 0.3M
WHITE 24v ETL). Provide (4) additional Traxon DO. GM. 2111090 DL23100293255 (MEDIA .DOT GO
M RGB CLEAR 56PXL 300 / 12" PP 0.3M WHITE 24v ETL). and (4) LED IOO watt 24v engines for attic
stock. Provide all necessary wiring, starter ends and caps. Turn over all existing fixtures and all components
to owner for future use. Must use all existing penetrations and cable brackets. No new holes will be allowed
to be drilled into exterior of building.
4. Provide programming for all the newly installed fixtures to match current fixtures as close as possible for
turnkey project. Provide (8) hours of owners’ training as needed. Provide all equipment, labor, and materials
to complete this project. Provide a (1) year warranty for all parts and labor from date of commissioning.
5. Bidder must have minimum (5) years of experience with DMX Traxon lighting and must be able to perform
maintenance per Traxon manufacturing as needed.
