The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to return five (5) gravel packed groundwater supply wells to their near original capacity including video inspection, capacity determinations, cleaning, redeveloping, chemical treatment, disinfection and pump and column unit repair, painting and reinstallation. Service to an additional well (1) will serve as an Add Alternate to the contract. The decision to proceed with this well will be decided upon at execution of contract agreement. Wells shall be allowed to come offline for service one at a time for a maximum of two weeks. Following two weeks of service time the well will be put back online at near original capacity.
