RFP 2026-17: Public Safety Emergency Radio System - Addendum 1

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Newton County Commission will accept sealed RFPs clearly marked RFP 2026-17: Public Safety Emergency Radio System until Thursday, 10:00am, July 16th, 2026, at which time The Commission will convene to open and read the bids. A mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will take place Tuesday, May 5th, 2026, at 10:30am at 208 W Coler St, Neosho, MO 64850. Any RFP not received at the appointed time shall be disqualified. Newton County will not accept any collect calls, COD shipments, postage due mailings, or emailed RFPs. The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all RFPs. Questions relating to this RFP shall be referred to CDC Director Rick Geller, 417 451 8291 or email rick.geller@newtoncountymo.gov. The RFP invitation and specifications are available at the office of the Newton County Commission located in the Newton County Courthouse, Neosho, Missouri 64850. An addendum is hereby issued to clarify questions that have arisen from RFP 2026-17. New RPP opening date is September 10, 2026, at 10:00 am.

All other terms and conditions in RFP 2026-17 remain unchanged.
