AMENDMENT 0003

The purpose of this Amendment is to reply to the below question submitted by a quoter:

Question: We are writing to request clarification regarding your document "Attachment 1 Pricing Worksheet Tests on Fire Pumps."The document specifies 52 weekly visits, with additional activities required during monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual visits as mandated by the UNI EN 12845 standard. At this point, we would like to understand how to provide you with the correct quotation for the monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual activities. Specifically:

- The annual visit also includes the activities required for a semi-annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly visit.

- The semi-annual visit also includes the activities required for a quarterly, monthly, and weekly visit.

- The quarterly visit also includes the activities required for a monthly and weekly visit.

- The monthly visit also includes the activities required for a weekly visit.

As a result, we propose the following:

- 1 annual visit, which includes 1 semi-annual visit, 1 quarterly visit, 1 monthly visit, and 1 weekly visit.

- 1 semi-annual visit, which includes 1 quarterly visit, 1 monthly visit, and 1 weekly visit.

- 2 quarterly visits, which include 2 monthly visits and 2 weekly visits.

- 8 monthly visits, which include 8 weekly visits.

- 40 weekly visits.

Answer: With regard to your clarification request, we confirm that the contractual terms established cannot be modified. It is important to emphasize that the contract stipulates that, when inspections of different types are scheduled during the same week or period, the activities required must include all the inspections necessary according to the stated frequency. Each type of maintenance has its own checks and requires different inspections. As specified in the PWS, paragraphs 5.2 and 5.21, the following checks and inspections are required: N52 weekly, N12 monthly, N4 quarterly, N2 semi-annual, N1 annual, and N 1 every 3 years.

The due in date of quotes is postponed to 3 July 2025, at 12.00 pm.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
