Purchase of Hose Fittings

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested.

(ii) This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ).

(iii) The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06 dated 10/01/2025.

(iv) This solicitation is set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 332919 and the small business size standard is 750 employees.

(v) See the attached document for line items that contain descriptions and quantities.

(vi) This is a Brand Name Only requirement. See the attached justification.

(vii) Delivery shall be to USCG Base Alameda, ATTN: Noel Pamatian, 1 Eagle Road Bulding 42, Coast Guard Island, Alameda CA 94501

(viii) FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this requirement.

(ix) FAR provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this requirement. The source selection approach is lowest priced, technically acceptable.

(x) Offerors shall have completed representations and certifications on the SAM.gov website prior to submitting a quote.

AMENDMENT 001 is issued to clarify the delivery location. All items shall be delivered to the address below. Delivery is FOB Destination.
