The U.S. Department of Transportation, John A. Volpe National Transportation Systems Center (Volpe Center), Cambridge, MA, has a requirement for the manufacture and delivery of twenty-five (25) Railway Boxcars and one (1) Automated Railcar Air Brake Test Machine and Calibration Kit to the U.S. Naval Weapons Station in Earle, NJ.
