Combined Synopsis-Solicitation for Boat Upgrade.

The purpose of this amendment is to answer submitted questions. No more questions are accepted.

Contractors are required to sign and return copies to the issuing agency.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0325Q0014.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-01 dated 11/12/2024.

Any award resulting from this RFQ will be based on a tradeoff method. Each offeror must submit sufficient documentation for the USGS to evaluate in order to determine technical acceptability of their offer.

Small business set-aside.

NAICS: 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (Except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, associated size standard $12.5 million.

Place of Performance: vendor's facility.

Period of Performance: before 08/31/2025.

1. Signed SF 18 form filled in with firm information, person signing, and line-item prices, offered, etc) on Blocks 13 to 16.
2. Firm, fixed price quote
3. Technical submission (information regarding technical qualifications and experience sufficient for government to evaluate your qualifications to perform this work. Examples are work plan/diagram, listings of prior relevant and recent contracts, references, etc.)
4. FAR 52.204-24 and 52.204-26 require check marks and signature
5. Active System for Award Management UEI
