Combined Synopsis-Solicitation for Boat Upgrade.

The purpose of this amendment is to revise NAICS code to 336611 Ship Building and Repairing (associated standard size 1,300 employees) and extend the due date until 01/27/2025 1500PST. Questions are due 01/21/2025 1500PST.

Please include information regarding technical qualifications and experience for government
to evaluate your qualifications to perform this work, listings of prior relevant and recent
contracts with project description and at least two or more professional references with contacts.

Contractors are required to sign and return copies to the issuing agency.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0325Q0014.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-01 dated 11/12/2024.

Any award resulting from this RFQ will be based on a tradeoff method. Each offeror must submit sufficient documentation for the USGS to evaluate in order to determine technical acceptability of their offer.

Small business set-aside.

NAICS: 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (Except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, associated size standard $12.5 million.

Place of Performance: vendor's facility.

Period of Performance: before 08/31/2025.
