The City of Norcross is seeking proposals from qualified firms with experience in transportation planning and design for the development of a comprehensive safety action plan. This plan will address the city’s safety needs, including in high-risk areas like the historic downtown and major roadways, ensuring that all residents, including underserved communities, can travel safely. The Safety Action Plan must include all the components laid out by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) in the SS4A grant notice of funding availability.
The PROPOSAL package should be clearly marked “RFP PW 26-02 – SAFETY ACTION PLAN” on its face and submitted by 11:00 a.m. on WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 2026, to the address below. Please submit two printed copies and one electronic copy (USB) of your package to:

No PROPOSAL will be received or accepted after the above specified date and time. Submissions received after the designated date and time will be deemed invalid and returned unopened to the firm.
No PROPOSAL may be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the PROPOSAL opening. Requests for withdrawals must be submitted in writing. All PROPOSALS shall remain firm for 90 days after proposal opening.
