The U.S. Embassy Hanoi seeks qualified Vietnamese language training services for Embassy community in Hanoi Post.
The Contractor shall provide foreign language instruction to adult students that focuses on the topics of professional and general culture interest, conversational skills, typically found in mass-media publications for the foreign language speaking public.
The Contractor shall develop the instruction to include the development of speaking, listening, and reading skills to permit comprehension of relevant media or face-to-face conversation. All instruction shall also include job relevant language terminology and usage of the designated field of interest.
The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award, with 02 (two) one-year options. The contract period, including a maximum of two option years, may not exceed three years.
