Project 691-903 - Design Build Services - Replace Seismically Deficient Animal Research Buildings 47 and 103 - Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Center, 16111 Plummer Street, North Hills, California 91343

In preparation for the end of Government shutdown, we are issuing amendment A0007 to formally request an extension of offers originally requested and submitted on June 16, 2025 for Solicitation 36C10F24R0075. This extension of offer request is limited to the three firms selected in Phase I, Request for Qualification phase. Offers are requested for a minimum of 90 calendar days for Government acceptance. Amendment A0007 includes a current wage determination issued on October 3, 2025. Notices will be released if and when the Government shutdown ends and funding becomes available for contract award.
