The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
This requirement is for the Contractor to provide all labor to complete maintenance and repair services on the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration systems at the Sandpoint Ranger District building, to include the geothermal loops. Contractor will be required to complete all Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Annual preventative maintenance, providing all incidentals and materials. The Contractor shall submit a service report to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) at the completion of each service visit and with the service report, the Contractor shall include corrective maintenance required.
NOTE: A scheduled site visit will be held on November 5, 2025 beginning at 10:00 am Pacific. Interested parties shall meet at 1602 Ontario Street; Sandpoint outside the front office. The front office is currently closed due to the lapse in appropriations so you can contact Kyle Lee at 208-755-5950 to let him know you are on site.
