The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and applicable safety precautions necessary to design and construct a new primary and secondary school in Rachelu village, from Luncavita Commune. This project addresses the primary need of providing a safe, clean and comfortable learning environment for the 80 students (ages 7 to 14) and the 15 teachers and staff participating in the education process. The new building, consisting of 3 classrooms, 1 lab, 1 library/study room, 1 staff room, bathrooms for students and staff will be provided with fire alarm system, solar panel heating system and air conditioning in accordance with the Performance Technical SpecificationsAmendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to:(a) Any additional PPIs are due by close of business on 4th February.
