This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 25-12.

This solicitation is set-aside for SBA Certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), and will be competed in accordance with FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
