The renovation of the first-floor MBA Suite of the Smeal College of Business Building includes structural, interior, mechanical, electrical, and fire alarm improvements. The scope of work includes removing interior partitions, floor finishes, and raised floor platforms and installing new interior partitions, doors, floor, and wall finishes, as indicated on the drawings.
