2025 Road Resurfacing Project

SEALED BIDS will be received at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall 6360 Fountain Square Drive, Citrus Heights, California, until the hour of 2:00PM on TUESDAY AUGUST 12, 2025 at which time, the bids will be publicly opened and read for the 2025 Road Resurfacing Project. Any Bid received after this date and time will deemed non-responsive. Bids received by fax or email will not be considered.

Cost of Contract Documents shall be $120.00 per set, nonrefundable. Shipping and handling costs are extra and prices range depending on the delivery method. At the bidder’s request and expense, the Contract Documents can be sent by overnight mail. Bidders can supply their shipper account number to expedite processing. Electronic Contract Documents (PDF format) can also be ordered for a non-refundable fee of $120 per set. All bidders must purchase a complete set of contract documents (hard copy or PDF format) from BPX Printing and Graphics to be included on the planholders list and to receive addenda notifications. It is the responsibility of each prospective bidder to confirm his/her firm is on the planholders list held at BPX Printing and Graphics to ensure receipt of any subsequent communications, including addenda. Contract Documents are not available directly from the City.
