***AMENDMENT 0003*** The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate cost-reimbursable Travel CLINs 0002, 1002, 2002, 3002, and 4002 and (2) adjust the quote due date to 05 SEP 2025 at 1400 CST. Pre-established estimates have been built in for the cost-reimbursable Travel CLINs; Offerors are only to price CLINs 0001, 1001, 2001, 3001, and 4001 for all other costs associated with the requirement (with the exception of travel).

***AMENDMENT 0002*** The purpose of this amendment is to respond to Offeror questions.

***AMENDMENT 0001*** The purpose of this amendment is to extend the quote due date pending Government responses to Offeror questions that were submitted prior to the deadline.

Solicitation W81K00-25-Q-A136 is hereby issued as a total small business set-aside for the services of Standardized Patients in support of the Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE) Sexual Assault Medical Forensic (SAMFE) course at various Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) in both the European Command (EUCOM) and the Indo-Pacific Command (IPACOM). The solicitation will result in award of one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price contract to include one (1) base year plus four (4) option years, with a period of performance beginning on 01 OCT 2025 and an ultimate completion date of 30 SEP 2030.
