The Department of Health (Department) is requesting replies from qualified respondents to provide fiscal fiduciary services to include: managing grant funds; managing the procurement of a direct client service network of subcontracted providers; managing payment of invoices; and ensuring funds are used for allowable direct client services of Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Part B in accordance with applicable legislative, regulatory, and programmatic requirements.
