4110--TempTrak Monitoring Expansion Intent To Sole Source

Unique characteristics that limit availability to only one source, with the reason no other supplies or services can be used:

Trillamed is an SDVOSB and the only authorized OEM vendor for TempTrak. TempTrak is an existing system used at Bay Pines VAMC to monitor temperature and humidity. TempTrak utilizes a virtual server already established at Bay Pines, and this will expand its capability to meet our monitoring needs in Building 100 and at LCHCC. There are no other compatible systems that can be combined with the Temp Trak system. Switching to another system would incur undo expense by the government and cause a delay in patient care if current Temp Trak system had to be shut off and another system installed.
