Request for Proposal

Facilitated by Unified Energy 8760 Ltd. (“8760”), the Alberta Seniors & Community Housing Association (“ASCHA”) are conducting an aggregated tender for its members’ Electricity and Natural Gas future requirements. ASCHA and 8760 have been formally awarded contracts to manage the electricity and natural gas procurement process on behalf of the participating members of ASCHA (hereafter known as the “Clients”). The Clients are made up of a variety of housing organizations across Alberta. This Request for Qualification (“RFQ”) is an invitation by ASCHA to prospective retailers (“Respondents”) to qualify in accordance with Part 3 – Evaluation of Responses for future eligibility as a bidder in a competitive bidding process to provide Electricity Supply and / or Natural Gas Supply as further described in Part 2 – The Deliverables (the “Deliverables”).
