2) Extend the proposal submission due date to October 2, 2025 at 2 PM EST.
3) Confirm that all other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.

Any such action must be completed by the revised proposal submission due date of October 2, 2025. If no changes to a previously submitted proposal are necessary, no further action is required.
