This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. This posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) nor Request for Proposal (RFP).
The Department of Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Education (MDE), intend to enter into an agreement up to 24 months with Counting Opinions for continued, uninterrupted use of LibPas cloud-hosting, maintenance, & support services.
LibPAS cloud subscription is used by MDE for support data collections and reporting from Minnesota public libraries; continued use of the software is needed to collect annual data required by the state and federal Institute of Museum and Library Services. Counting Opinions (SQUIRE) Ltd. retain exclusive ownership, copy rights, trademark of their proprietary cloud services. The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source purchase.
