RFP #26-512, Residential Bathtub-to-Shower Conversion for Bell Court Senior Apartments
Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for providing the Residential Bathtub-to-Shower Conversion for Bell Court Senior Apartments . Please refer to RFP #26-512 when inquiring about this solicitation.
A Virtual Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 11:00 AM EST . Register with the buyer, Garrison Frey, at GFrey@frederickcountymd.gov to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link. Additionally, you may call 1-667-217-6643, phone conference ID 216 703 549# and you will be conferenced in.
Site Visit : A site visit will be held on Friday, February 27, 2026 , at 690 West Adams Circle, Woodsboro, Maryland 21798 at 11:00 AM EST . Each Contractor shall completely satisfy themselves as to the exact nature and existing conditions of the site location and requirements of the specifications for extent and quality of the work to be performed. Failure to do so shall not relieve the Contractor of its obligation to carry out the provisions of the contract.
Due Date: March 18, 2026, by 1:00 PM EST. Proposals shall be submitted electronically through OpenGov.
