The Office of Justice Programs (“OJP”), a division of the Department of Public Safety (“DPS”), in association with the Department of Public Safety’s Office of Communications (“OOC”), is requesting proposals from qualified designers, design firms, or creative agencies to create a comprehensive branding package for the newly created Office for Missing and Murdered Black Women and Girls (“Office”), including logo development and design services. The selected provider must demonstrate not only design expertise, but also a deep understanding of the cultural significance and the mission of the Office. More information about the Office can be found at: https://dps.mn.gov/divisions/ojp/offices-missing-murdered/mmbwg-mmbwg . Branding to be developed under an anticipated awarded contract should reflect the Office’s role in bringing visibility to the crisis of missing and murdered Black women and girls, fostering awareness, advocacy, and justice.
