This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for for non-commercial products under Simplified Acquisition Procedures prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13.105, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.gov.
