Solicitation Summary

Reposting without small business reserve (SBR). Only received on bid restricted to small businesses only. Standard protocol is to open the bidding up include both small businesses and large businesses, if there were zero or one bid under the SBR restriction.

Highway spot patching in Caroline County. All pricing is consolidated into a per ton price. 120 tons total. 5 years experience required. MDOT SHA to provide maintenance of traffic. Plan to completely exhaust quantities in May or June. a minimum of 2” to a maximum of 3” of 9.5MM hot mix asphalt to meet the grade with the existing roadway. This may include saw cutting the roadway if necessary. Crack seal all pavement joints around new patch area. Various areas within Caroline County (Eastern Shore). We can work as long as 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM.
