1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

3. This requirement is solicited as total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System number is 333413 with a size standard in number of 500.
4. Place of Performance: Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System, 2200 Fort Roots Drive, Bldg 182, North Little Rock, AR 72114
5. Period of Performance: December 15, 2025 to December 14, 2026.

7. Quotes are due no later than 9/22/2025 at 10:00am (CST) and shall be submitted electronically via e-mail to anthony.marion2@va.gov.
