Firm-Fixed price contract for the installation of a liquid copper ion pesticide distribution system to treat the raw water
system within the Oahe hydroelectric powerhouse for the purpose of zebra mussel abatement. Upon installation of the zebra mussel
abatement system, including a centralized distribution skid with a chemical storage tank, distribution pumps and distribution tubing, the
entire system will be commissioned, and copper levels will be taken from the raw water downstream of the injection points to ensure
proper system functionality.
