Description
Douglas County is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified vendors for the construction of office spaces in the District Attorney¿s office located at 8700 Hospital Drive, Douglasville, GA 30134. The approved company will be responsible for all items listed in the Scope of Work Section of this document.
The DA¿s office will continue to operate fully staffed during the remodel. Any inconveniences on the part of the contractor need to be discussed prior to any disruption of services at the location. It is the intent of these specifications to describe the project requirements.
