All bidders must be on the plan holders list to be eligible.
Special Requirements:
1.A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, February 9, 2024 at the 4th Floor, Courthouse Plaza East Building, 115 N. 4th, Manhattan, KS.
2.A Bid Security made payable to Riley County, Kansas in the form of a certified check on a solvent Kansas bank or a satisfactory bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid price must accompany each Bid.
