Plans may be provided electronically. A Contractor's Qualification Statement, AIA Document A305-2020 shall be submitted with the bid. Without this submittal and required verifications with the bid, it will be rejected.

All bidders must be on the plan holders list to be eligible.

Special Requirements:

1.A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, February 9, 2024 at the 4th Floor, Courthouse Plaza East Building, 115 N. 4th, Manhattan, KS.
2.A Bid Security made payable to Riley County, Kansas in the form of a certified check on a solvent Kansas bank or a satisfactory bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid price must accompany each Bid.
