The Department of Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Public Safety (DPS), intend to enter into an agreement up to 24 months with Axon Enterprise, Inc. for continued, uninterrupted use of AXON Investigate Pro Dongle License software renewal.
AXON Investigate Pro Dongle License software renewal is used by investigations needed for forensic video work and data practice requests. Axon Enterprise, Inc. retain exclusive ownership, copy rights, trademark of their proprietary software. The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source purchase.
