Northern Boundary- Beginning at the intersection of N 6 th Street and Kelly Hwy and

continuing in an easterly direction ending at the intersection of Kelly Hwy and Interstate

Hwy 540.

Western Boundary- Beginning at the intersection of Kelly Hwy and N 6 th Street

continuing in a southerly direction through the intersection of N 6 th Street and N 5 th

Street continuing in a southerly direction through the intersection of N 5 th Street and

Garland Ave continuing in a southerly direction through the intersection of Garland Ave

and Wheeler Ave continuing in a southerly direction ending at the intersection of

Wheeler Ave and Phoenix Ave.
