Please verify if you are looking for any redundancy in the chiller? Do you want N+1 for the chiller? Or redundant circuits? VA response: We have the in house as a backup for the summer.
Please verify if we need to include survey/SUE/geotechnical/full civil for the outside pad location for option 1 and option 2? VA response: Yes, the contractor will need to do a survey.
Do you have, or can you provide any as-builts for current utilities in the hallway ceiling outside the MRI room? VA response: No As-builts they seen the space, so we are good from the point.
Can you provide an extension on the bid due date? VA response: Yes. Extended to Jul 9, 2026.
Can you please provide an update for Phase II submission requirements for proposal submission? Nothing is in the documents: VA response: Please see the attached.
