This Requirements Solicitation is for Maintenance, Repair, Reconstruction, Demolition, Replacement, and/or Installation of a Wide Variety of Roofing Systems at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.
All work shall be in accordance with the Scope of Work, Terms and Conditions contained herein this Solicitation package.
This acquisition is being issued as a competitive 8(a) set-aside. NAICS Code 238160 and Size Standard of $19M.
The proposed requirement is for a Firm- Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Requirements-Type Construction Contract. A five (5) year base contract and a 6-month extension is anticipated.
