Requirements Solicitation is for Maintenance, Repair, Reconstruction, Demolition, Replacement, and/or Installation of a Wide Variety of Roofing Systems at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.

All work shall be in accordance with the Scope of Work, Terms and Conditions contained herein this Solicitation package.
This acquisition is being issued as a competitive 8(a) set-aside. NAICS Code 238160 and Size Standard of $19M.
The proposed requirement is for a single award, Firm- Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Requirements-Type Construction Contract. A five (5) year base contract and a 6-month extension is anticipated.
This solicitation due date is extended to no later than 11:00am on 13 May 2025. Please read the solicitation in its entirely before sending your proposal.
No RFI Questions is being accepted and no other site visit is intended to be scheduled until the task order level at this point.
