Requirements Solicitation is for Maintenance, Repair, Reconstruction, Demolition, Replacement, and/or Installation of a Wide Variety of Roofing Systems at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.
Amended Solicitation W56ZTN25R00030002 is posted on 04/24/2025.
All work shall be in accordance with the Scope of Work, Terms and Conditions contained herein this Solicitation package.
This acquisition is being issued as a competitive 8(a) set-aside. NAICS Code 238160 and Size Standard of $19M.
The proposed requirement is for a single award, Firm- Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Requirements-Type Construction Contract. A five (5) year base contract and a 6-month extension is anticipated.
If you have questions, please send them no later than 10:00am on 30 April 2025 and the solicitation due date was extended to no later than 10:00am on 7 May 2025. An updated price list was posted in the attachment, please follow the instructions.
No other site visit is intended to be scheduled until the task order level at this point.
